Has just emailed Samsung, Panasonic, Morphy Richards, Beko and Russell Hobbs asking when they're going to release a microwave oven that cooks jacket potatos properly in under 10 minutes, i.e. with a nice crispy skin and proper taste, like you get if its in a conventional oven for an hour and a half.
