The diaphragm is like that friend who keeps trying to hold everything together while the rest of your body is off making questionable decisions. It’s the unsung hero of breathing, quietly doing its job while I’m over here hyperventilating about my to-do list. Honestly, if my diaphragm had a voice, it would probably just roll its eyes and say, "Really? Again with the panic?"
